Bringing on his brother, Eric, to join his team in 2020, he has been involved in the acquisition and sale of over $250MM in total consideration and his clients range from developers, family offices, private investors and large funds. James earned a double major in Finance and Energy Management at the University of Oklahoma. James and his wife, Abby, enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family and trying new restaurants (and margaritas). They reside in Southlake, TX with their children: Clara, John Noxon and Madeline.

Eric Anderson specializes in investment sales nationwide. Priding himself on taking a "principal first" approach to brokerage and deal analysis, he helps his client make data driven decisions by putting himself in their shoes. He also focuses on managing a portfolio of NNN properties and structuring partnership for future portfolio growth. He enjoys the advisory role and makes sure clients understand risks and works on strategies to protect downside exposure. Prior to working in brokerage, Eric worked in real estate private equity where he helping manage a large portfolio of single family homes in multiple markets across the country. Eric graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. In his spare time, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and son, traveling, and watching Texas Longhorn football.
